SAM (Special Assignment Missionaries)

A SAM is a missionary serving Christ cross-culturally. Terms are typically for one to three years. SAMs serve at the invitation of the Church of God in the host country in teaching (preschool to college), nursing, youth ministry, evangelism, radio ministry, Bible translation, administration, maintenance, development, and other areas.
