One week. More than 500,000 youth worldwide. Fuel the Holy Fire Within!
FUEL Week (January 31–February 6, 2005) is a time during which youth and youth leaders are provided with the encouragement and the resources to underscore living a life of holiness. The purpose of FUEL Week is to help students understand that God asks for a deeper surrender to his will—such that we give complete control of our lives to him. Several church groups sharing this passion have come together to remind each other that we are not alone in this pursuit.
Participating youth groups can access free FUEL Week materials at www.fuelweek.org. These include meeting outlines and lessons that can be adapted to specific contexts; daily devotionals to follow throughout the season of Lent; plans for a "bonfire" event and a Saturday service project; and information on how to structure events during FUEL Week. All of these materials can be customized for your local setting.
If you and your youth group wish to participate in FUEL Week, you are encouraged to:
- Mark the dates on your calendar (January 31–February 6, 2005).
- Pass the information along to other churches in your area and begin making plans to do the event together.
- Go to the FUEL Week Web site (www.fuelweek.org) to access your free materials.
Don't let your youth group miss this chance to join with thousands around the globe as we answer the call to live a life consecrated to God alone.

FUEL Week is sponsored by the Wesleyan Youth Ministry Coalition, which includes youth ministry leadership from the Church of God, Church of the Nazarene, Evangelical Christian Church, Free Methodist Church, Salvation Army, and the Wesleyan Church.
