Let’s Celebrate Unity!
Church of God Ministries, Church of God - General

By Dr. Ronald V. Duncan
Welcome to the 122nd North American Convention of the Church of God. This year’s convention promises to be an exciting time for worship, spiritual growth, fellowship and renewal as we celebrate unity.
In John 17, Jesus prayed expressing the hope and aspiration for the people and churches of the kingdom of God in regard to unity. Our aim during the convention is to see the church as seen through the eyes of Jesus. The theme of “Celebrate Unity” provides an outstanding opportunity for us to demonstrate our commitment to holiness and unity
This year’s convention offers numerous informative and inspiring conferences on a variety of subjects for both pastors and laypersons. You can participate in worship celebrations and hear inspiring sermons from gifted speakers. You can be a part of the first-ever Global Communion Service; Church of God congregations from all around the world will join together to simultaneously take the elements in a sign of unity and worship. You can fellowship with other believers and make new friends. You can renew, refresh and grow.
Please pray for this year’s convention. Pray for the speakers, teachers, and event leaders that the Lord’s messages would flow in a powerful way and fall on receptive ears. Pray for salvation and healing. Pray for the Lord’s impact on the assembled body at this year’s convention.
Let us grow together. Let us lift our voices in prayer and praise. Join with me as we celebrate the unity spoken of in the prayer of Jesus.
